We make it easy! We have online scheduling and convenient appointment times to fit your schedule. Your sessions will be tailor made to suit your lifestyle and needs. You’ll be assigned a dedicated therapist that will work with you at a pace best suited for you.

How is therapy different than talking to my friends and family?

While friends and family mean well and may be supportive of us and our efforts to improve our situation, they may not be able to provide the objective, nonjudgmental support that a therapist can. Your therapist is a licensed clinician with training to listen and support you in making the changes that work for you. Often times family and friends will give advice and tell us what they would do in a similar situation instead of helping us reflect on what we want and need. Sometimes, we are dealing with a personal matter or having relationship difficulties and do not feel comfortable sharing that with those who are close to us.
